1. How do I place an order on Phloxcart?

Placing an order is simple. Just browse through our collection, select the product you like, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways, so your details are safe with us.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping on select orders above a certain amount. The eligibility will be clearly mentioned on the product page or checkout page.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can click on the link to check the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

7. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We sincerely apologize if that happens. Please email us at support@phloxcart.com with your order details and images of the damaged/defective product within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Are your products genuine and safe?

Yes, all our products are carefully sourced and tested for quality. We ensure that our fragrances, essential oils, wellness items, and consumables meet safety and quality standards before reaching you.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working towards expanding to international deliveries soon.
