Cancellation, Shipments & Refund Policy
At Phloxcart, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be required. Orders can be cancelled within twenty-four hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. To request a cancellation, please write to us at support@phloxcart.com with your order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you via our shipping partners. If you fail to receive your package within the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us immediately, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
Refunds and returns are accepted only in cases where the product is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what was ordered. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened wellness items, essential oils, and consumable goods cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
