Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At Phloxcart (Phlox Laboratories Private Limited), we take utmost care in delivering quality products. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care items, returns or exchanges are not accepted on opened or used products.

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

Returns, replacements, or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in damaged or leaked condition

  • Missing items in the order

Claim Process

All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video as proof while raising the claim.

Non-Eligible Cases

The following cases are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Personal dislike of fragrance or scent profile

  • Minor colour or packaging variations

  • Any issue not reported within the stipulated 48-hour window

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch, and only where possible.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds are initiated via Razorpay, and initiation typically takes 3–7 working days after approval.

Replacement Process

In eligible cases, replacement of the product will be processed after verification of the claim and supporting evidence.

Phloxcart reserves the right to verify all claims and take the final decision regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
